Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an interior designer/architect with significant experience in Autocad drafting to prepare coordinated composite plans, reflected ceiling plans and elevations including information from all disciples at a shop drawing level.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
• Attention to detail and ability to create accurate technical drawings
• Knowledge of interior design principles and materials
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Must have 5 years prior experience in a similar position
• Must have thorough knowledge of all aspects of interior design at a technical level and building construction to overlay information from all disciplines and develop construction detailing up to joinery details.

Contract will be offered on rolling monthly basis. Expected project duration is 2 months with potential to extend into permanent contract for highly proficient candidates but this is not guaranteed. Will not be offering visa transfer. Must be able to work on site at office near Education City. Must be available to start immediately.
