  • Develop structuring and financing recommendations that are tailored to client's needs through synthesis and evaluation of the more complex needs of clients..
  • Direct and supervise ongoing client management by monitoring the client financing implementation plan, coordinating and resolving conflicts as they arise and managing the expectations of all involved parties.
  • Establish contact, rapport and credibility with prospective clients to influence key decision makers to start a relationship with the organization.
  • Explore opportunities and recommend strategies for cross selling of products and services based on thorough understanding of the range of corporate banking products and services, and various client analysis.
  • Identify and prospect new clients by performing market segmentation, and apply different organization approaches in targeting and selecting clients.
  • Oversee client acceptance and on-boarding procedures.
  • Sustain and build client relationships by maintaining ongoing communication and negotiation sessions with clients so as to deliver both quality and tailored service offerings.


Skills

  • Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years experience in the Corporate Banking business segment.
  • Sound knowledge in corporate banking and treasury products / services. Experience in preparation credit proposals / facing clients will be an advantage
  • Familiar with the general banking operations and related regulatory requirements
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
