  • Key Accountabilities:Reports to Head of Planning Home Office EPC-3/4/BOP.
  • Provide home office planning and scheduling expertise to the NFXP Onshore Project, in particular EPC-3, EPC-4 and BOP. Responsible for overseeing Contractor’s schedule Level 3, KPI’s, interfaces and weekly and monthly reporting and advises any potential schedule issues and provides guidance on corrective actions and measures to mitigate any adverse trends.
  • Regular progress monitoring by liaising with management team and contractors’ teams in all EPC areas. Development of KPIs by using EPC data for efficient tracking of all EPC activities. Analyze EPC schedule and progress trends reported by EPC Contractor, including Critical Path and Longest Path.
  • Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests related to L3 schedule, progress, KPIs and reports. Facilitate periodic meetings with contractors to review L3 schedule and progress and report to Head of Planning Home Office EPC-3/4/BOP.
  • Review EPC Contractor’s progress reports and endorse L3 schedule and progress baselines and forecasts prepared by EPC Contractor. Review EPC Contractor’s planning and scheduling procedures to ensure that Company’s requirements are being met.


Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction alternatively relevant experience in oil and gas industry.



  • Knowledge and/or Experience:Minimum of 10 years of major EPC project experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Experience in Primavera P6 scheduling tools and advanced excel.
  • Knowledge and hands on of working with large EPC data to produce KPI’s.
  • Expert knowledge of developing schedules, in particular Level 3; understanding of baseline, actual and forecast plans and progress data.
  • Knowledge of WBS and rules of credit for progress measurement in all phases of project.
  • Team player, flexible and experienced of working in a diverse team environment.


  • Technical and Business SkillsExcellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong planning, organisational and prioritising skills.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Excellent data analysis skills using tool such as Primavera P6, Excel and databases.
  • Knowledge of Schedule Risk Analysis and able to support inputs for conducting Schedule Risk Analysis on Construction schedule.
