We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive with a strong background in the healthcare industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare/ pharmaceutical marketing and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the pharmacy or healthcare sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in roles of increasing responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, compliance requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence constituents.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt marketing strategies to the healthcare industry landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare industry, including retail pharmacies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, or pharmacy software providers.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and traditional advertising to promote pharmacy products or services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the pharmacy sector. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Manage the pharmacy brand's reputation and identity.
  • Develop compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, brochures, case studies, white papers, and press releases, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, pharmaceutical suppliers, and industry associations, to explore partnership opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Plan and coordinate pharmacy industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase products or services and network with industry professionals.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
