Development Programme

  • Support the Unit Head, National Development in the overall management and implementation of national development programs, such as the execution of the Sponsorship, Mentorship and Internship Programs in the bank, as the main person responsible for administrative & operational activities.
  • Assist in the identification and nomination of national employees for these development programmes, including initiating related travel and accommodation arrangements where needed.
  • Work proactively with HC teams and Line Managers to ensure participants in the National Talent Development Programmes are effectively managed and any needs or concerns are highlighted, evaluated and resolved.
  • Assist the Unit Head, National Development in coordinating and arranging the allocation of the National Program participants into permanent, full time positions, as employees of CB, upon completion of the programme. 

Process all related tasks required to allocate these Nationals

Recruitment

  • Support the overall National Talent Development (NTD) strategy and the goal of increasing the National Employee Workforce population in CB by attracting high quality talent via Career Campaigns and Kawader hires.
  • Manage all planning and preparation activities for Career Fairs.
  • Complete the initial screening of the CVs received from the Career Fairs and shortlist potential candidates.
  • Prepare job requisitions for career development requests for sign off authority.

Review the progress of Qatari nationals to make recommendation for suitable placement/training in the appropriate functional area within the company

    HR Metrics & Analysis

  • Produce reports, information, insights and analysis for NTD, including National employee recruitment & retention.
  • Recommend improvements, process enhancements, highlight risks and recommend opportunities and solutions.
  • Work with the Unit Head, National Development and other personnel to collect financial information on time for preparation of monthly reports.
  • Financial Reporting and Budgets
  • Prepare report on NTD budget utilization and activity for submission to Unit Head, National Development

  • Handle enquiries from internal and external customers/potential employees relating to Nationalization.

Maintain all record files as per standards and requirements and ensure all records are complete and up to date so that the required information is readily available.

Education

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
