Job Summary
To support in the implementation of multiple training and development programs in order to meet Commercial Bank’s strategy of increasing employees’ skills across its workforce.
To develop and deliver approved training calendar including the identified needs in order to ensure that plans are in place to develop managerial and technical capability within our employees
Key Accountabilities
Training and Development Programme
- Support Head, Governance and Performance Management in the overall management and implementation of the training and development programs through delivering the approved training.
- Track and review the progress of the approved training
Implementing National Talent Development:
- Assist in the administration of identification and nomination of national staff for external development programmes, including initiating related travels/ accommodation arrangements where needed.
- Administer intern programmes.
- Administer Sponsorship Program
Allocation of Staff:
- Assist the National Talent Development Manager in coordinating and arranging the allocation of the Qatari staff to permanent positions upon completion of the programme.
- Maintain reports for all staff under the training programme and monitor performance reports received from the business unit or relevant institution
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Develop the implementation of functional policies, procedures and controls in order to ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with risk, audit, and regulatory requirements while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.

- Ability to develop clear and concise training materials and presentations to effectively convey information to learners.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using a variety of tools and software to create visually appealing training materials and presentations.
