• Ensure that the overall strategy is translated into annual operational business plans for the Offshore Marine business unit to guarantee continuous improvement.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and threats; propose plans and take actions to leverage opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Direct the preparation and consolidation of the Offshore Marine budget and monitor the financial performance versus the forecasted budget.
• Ensure tenders are responded to with the highest level of professionalism - time, technical specifications, pricing, etc.
• Responsible for marketing, chartering, and sub-chartering of vessels.
• Ensure operations/work processes occur in accordance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and any other standards and requirements to which compliance is required.

Skills

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: At least 10 - 15 years of work experience gained in companies of repute, with a proven track record in business development and tenders for the Offshore industry
• Middle East experience
• Presentation, Analytic tools
• Fluent English (must have) Arabic (highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of the offshore industry gained thru working in the industry Understanding of Oil & Gas, offshore EPC Construction companies as it relates to services, projects, etc.
