K108 Hotel Doha is a renowned hotel offering exceptional hospitality and service in the heart of Qatar's capital. We are urgently looking for a Purchasing Coordinator with relevant hotel experience in Qatar to join our team immediately. The candidate must be available locally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage procurement activities for hotel operations
• Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of goods and services, including F&B, housekeeping supplies, and maintenance items
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and handle vendor management
• Track and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, hotel standards, and budget constraints
• Collaborate with various departments, including F&B, housekeeping, and engineering, to fulfill purchasing needs
• Prepare purchase orders, review invoices, and handle follow-up for timely delivery
• Assist in vendor performance evaluation and cost analysis to optimize procurement strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry in Qatar
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and purchasing software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Immediate availability to join
• Candidate must be currently based in Qatar
