Job Responsibility:



  • Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives and support staff

  • Manage and maintain inventory of pre-owned vehicles.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed department goals.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of any issues.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.



Skills


  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a pre-owned vehicle department.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management and sales strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving targets.

  •  Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices.
