Boom Construction Company is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Planning Engineer will play a key role in overseeing the planning and scheduling of construction projects, ensuring efficient project delivery within deadlines and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare detailed planning documents, including timelines, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
- Track project progress and update schedules to reflect changes.
- Provide regular reports on project performance, including cost, time, and resource utilization.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
Requirements:- Valid Qatar ID
- Ashghal Projects Experience
- 7 yrs + experience as Planning Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
