• Present and promote all Mowasalat (Karwa) and Karwa Academy services.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs, based on the direct interaction at the Kiosk.
  • Supply the company management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
  • Collect and process direct customer feedback and complaints in cooperation with the Mowasalat customer service center.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and make respective suggestions.
  • Manage potentially large amounts of customers.
  • Generate sales leads through a competent and positive representation of the company and good knowledge of the company offerings.
  • Instill trust in the company through open, knowledgeable and interactive communication.
  • Keep records of customer interactions; and establish and file documents.
  • Collect and collate customer information (contact details etc) to establish and keep an up-to-date customer database.
  • Go the extra mile to handle customer requests.
