• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, staff, and suppliers.
• Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
