Job Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Manage social media accounts and content including shooting content, creating

posts, stories, announcements, develop tactics to encourage engagement, respond

to customers, launch and oversee brand marketing campaigns.

Have a good grasp of our target market, develop strategies and campaigns to reach

out to them to promote our brands, values, sales, and awareness.

Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar for the brand, including

researching on new ideas.

Provide the CEO on regular reports on social media monitoring and workflow

Manage social media accounts and content including shooting content, creating

posts, stories, announcements, develop tactics to encourage engagement, respond

to customers, launch and oversee brand marketing campaigns

Ensure the protection and promotion of brand values and brand integrity in all

platforms and across all mediums

Ensure consistency in messaging across channels

Suggest ideas for collaborations and engagement

Design and development of creative graphics & designs for the brand (Adobe

Photoshop & Illustrator and other PC/Mobile friendly apps and programs)

Stay abreast of the latest trends and social media fads in the fashion and design

space, at all times to best serve their design department; this includes continuous

research on marketing trends, strategies and as well as technologies used in

advertisement practices.

Advice and support the CEO on the development of creative strategies, designs,

content and presentations

Research, participation and input during branding and content creation related

meetings and brainstorming sessions

Brainstorm and develop strategies to drive sales across digital platforms

To create content as in shoot photos and videos.

Plan, schedule, promote, come up with relevant and creative ideas for workshops.

Support the company and its extended departments in graphics, visuals and media

arts conception, and all PR/SNS content/promotional content creation and

management.

Take charge of the company’s marketing strategy, elaborate and upgrade it with suggestions, execute it, supervise its progress and deliverables, and also run its website,

edit its layout and content, and propose edits if applicable.

Come up with ideas and suggestions to animate the studios’ space, and working closely with its coordinator and manager to unify the vision for the space.

Be involved in any programming or events taking place in and for the company and

its extended departments.

Be a real team player and be open to support and assist the company’s departments when needed, especially for ideas to support, promote, develop, and anyway to

better the companies’ media presence, raise awareness of their services profile among local and international audiences
