Job Purpose
Act as a first point of contact to the VIPs, CIPs and Qatari Nationals travelling in and out of assigned station(s); ensuring 5-Star service delivery standards through the provision of necessary protocol and liaison services (administrative, legal, protocol etc).
Assist Line Manager to foster understanding and cooperation between QR Group and its internal and external stakeholders (external authorities, organizations, embassies etc.) and drive increase in productivity and customer satisfaction by assuring that the appropriate protocols are adhered. Ensure efficient management of all VIP and CIP traffic in and out of assigned station by following protocol guidelines set by Qatar Airways to ensure safe and smooth movement for Qatari Nationals.
Support Airport Services Managers and Ground Services team with the overall management of service delivery standards during both regular and irregular operations.
Station appointments will be for approximately 12 months and will be rotated for a maximum of three postings.
Qualifications
- Qatari National
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Customer Services Experience
- Airport Operations/Passenger Handling Experience
- Work experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Good command of English
- Drive for excellence and an eye for detail
- Willing to relocate
