- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential with each customer interaction.
- Utilize effective sales strategies and negotiation skills to close deals and secure profitable sales transactions.
- Continuously develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers to ensure a consistent flow of sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, staying updated on the latest automotive industry trends, features, and technologies.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to recommend the most suitable automobile models and options.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, training programs, and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
- Actively participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement and boost sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering expert guidance and assistance in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs.
- Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features, benefits, and value of the vehicles.
- Effectively communicate pricing, financing options, and incentives to customers, ensuring transparency and building trust.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate financing and leasing processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities, improve sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales reports using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to support sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and sales management tools.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Education
- Diploma / Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
