Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Real Estate Transactions: Oversee and facilitate the buying, selling, and renting of properties, ensuring smooth and legal transactions.
  • Client Consultation: Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients, striving to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Property Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties, including online listings, open houses, and advertising.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with state and federal real estate laws, including proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior real estate agents, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a network of industry professionals, including lenders, contractors, and appraisers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay informed of trends, pricing, and competitive properties.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Contract Management: Draft and review contracts, ensuring all terms are clear and legally sound.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Licensing: Valid real estate broker’s license in the state of operation.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market and legal requirements.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and clients simultaneously.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
