Key Responsibilities


Content Creation:

·      Photography & Videography: Shoot and produce engaging photo and video content for social media, websites, and marketing materials. Ensure high production quality that aligns with our brand’s aesthetics.

·      Content Development: Create, write, and edit content across various platforms including websites, social media, emails, and product descriptions.

·      Ensure all content aligns with The Blue Group's brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.


Strategy & Innovation:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Campaign Promotion: Utilize innovative ideas to effectively promote campaigns through tailored content.


Collaboration:

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align content with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Content Planning: Maintain a content calendar and manage content production to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing strategies.


Research:

  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, current trends, and target audience preferences to produce relevant and compelling content.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in fashion and sports to ensure content remains current and engaging.


SEO Optimization:

  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic search rankings.
  • Use relevant keywords and phrases to enhance content visibility and drive traffic to the website.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven improvements.
  • Provide regular reports on content performance and suggest strategies for improvement

Skills

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:


  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, including photography and videography.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal.
  • Proficiency in managing content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Skilled in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO platforms, including SEMrush and Ahrefs, is highly desirable.


Preferred Qualification:


  • Experience in the fashion or sports industry.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools and software.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics platforms
