A leading multinational consultancy requires qualified professionals for its airport project in Ethiopia for the following role:
* Construction Manager/Deputy PM
Suitable candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in civil or architecture engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University and, must have:
- Min. 15 years post graduate experience on airport projects is a must.
- Leading the Construction Management aspects and coordinates between the team members.
- Coordinating with the Contractor(s) and Supervision Consultant on issues related to policy, time/cost/quality control, HSE and contractual issues.
- Analyzing and investigating early major potential problems that may face the Project so solutions can be found as soon as possible.
- Overseeing the works and the issuance of certificates and notifications in accordance with the contract conditions.
- Conducting the periodical progress meetings.
- Ensuring that Project’s environmental, safety, and quality programs are enforced.
- Overseeing Project Closeout.
- Holding an M.Sc. in Project Construction Management is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English language.
