Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 

  • Be the link between sales team and SM & ASM  and own the shift leader role responsibilities
  • Manage the Sales Floor, both shift / designed team and be the 1st level of escalation for the sales team. 
  • Quickly responding to customer inquiries and needs and be able to compare value of our plans and services versus competitor; make sure that customer issues are followed up in a timely manner until resolved.
  • Acts as a Role Model: Demonstrating desired behaviours for staff including driving sales, handling difficult situations, cash and inventory management.
  • Effective management of churn and retention of customers
  • Support the store manager & assistant store manager in managing the day-to-day operations, quality of sales and compliance errors.
  • Support the store manager & assistant store manager in the training and development plans of the sales team
  • Support store manager & assistant store manager in managing the store look & feel requirements to maintain the highest level of customer TNPS.
