  • Ensure premium service tailored to the individual needs of each customer.

  • Responsible for running the reception desk smoothly and efficiently, and managing incoming and outgoing transactions

  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

  • Ensures customer satisfaction at any time.

  • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail

  • Fulfill all reasonable requests from prospects/customers to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety while hosting them

  • Conduct regular checks throughout the day and report any issues to line manager

  • Accountable for appointments and scheduling them properly on the days and times specified, as well as reminding people of these appointments.

  • Understanding a lot of things about the operations of an office and give information about the same over the phone
