Job Summary
• Responsible to lead sales in the branch by effectively driving business performance – both individually & by mentoring a team of CSA’s to achieve their sales and service targets.
• To deliver high quality customer service and be the banks relationship officer with all types of customers on regular basis.
• To ensure that the existing and prospective customers are served efficiently and effectively by performing all front office duties in relation the wide range of products and services that bank offers
Key Accountabilities
Meeting business targets
- Manage the sales & service activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
- Drive business targets by tapping on personal contacts at companies and referrals from existing customers.
- Monitor performance of the branch within area of responsibility against set of objectives through regular follow up of periodic result monitoring (daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually) in order to achieve the branch target.
- Assist in adding new companies in the approved list including financial statement analysis.
- Be an effective coach to the team of CSA’s reporting to him/her and help them come up the learning curve within a definite time period.
- Train the team by imparting knowledge on product, process and service requirements, needed to meet targets in a CSA role.
- Guide the team members to meet their sales & service targets by having continuous feedback sessions on performance.
- Pass the credit test to review and approve credit facilities within the bank policy to existing and or new CB branch customer in order to optimize business opportunity for the bank.
Branch Customer Service
- Meet and build rapport with CB branch customers, in order to ensure customer satisfaction and open business opportunities for the bank.
- Advise customers on all aspects of CB products and services, in order to generate sales opportunity for the bank.
- Execute bank initiative by promoting and educating customer to use alternative banking channels (in order to drive profitability and optimization of services.
- Execute marketing activities by communicating proactively to CB branch existing and or new customers, in order to ensure that all marketing communication message are well received by the customer.
Skills
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
- Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
- Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
