Key Accountabilities:

• Develop, maintain, update and complete all project documents, track the project progress throughout the whole process, through each activity and ensure that mitigation is  implemented to prevent delays.
• Maintain productive working relationships and communications  with  all Stakeholders,  by providing them a regular update of the progress of each project.
• Assess the Stakeholders requirements, provide a detailed BOQ with costing, to deliver the project to meet the stakeholders requirements.     
• Manage staff effectively and efficiently to ensure manpower is fully utilized                                                                                                                         
• Have sufficient knowledge to design complex mechanically orientated projects, considering time and cost
• Identify changed priorities and ensure allocation of resources meets new business needs

Qualifications

Qualification 

• High School Qualification I Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Mechanical with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
• Experience  in Mechanical  related projects
• Having  Airport working experience is preferred
• Having Drivers License is preferable
