Matana Facilities Management Services is looking for a Civil Technician, who will be responsible to perform repair works and inspection of residential civil works.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in health and safety related to design
• Excellent knowledge drawing and design
• Time management skills and adaptation to change
• Perform routine, scheduled, unscheduled, and corrective maintenance within the assigned region
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels.
• Overseeing construction activities and ensuring compliance with plans.
• Conducting quality control inspections and verifying compliance.
• Monitoring and documenting project progress.
• Enforcing safety protocols on sites.
• Conducting safety inspections and reporting hazards.
• Preparing technical reports and project documentation.
• Assisting in environmental impact assessments.
• Read and review project blueprints and structural specifications to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements.
• Report maintenance problems occurring at project site to supervisor and negotiate changes to resolve system conflicts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, ITI Civil course
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction or Facilities Management industry
• Experience delivering civil services to customers
• Strong background working with a reactive maintenance company
• Strong client engagement and customer service skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Broad knowledge of all civil works
