  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. Record any type of cannibalization from a stock item to fulfil the emergency.
  • Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders in terms of the quality including dimension, as per drawing of the products to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications; report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, such as receipts, shipments, preservation, and shelf life of the preserved items.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies governing the handling and storage of materials.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • - API 510. - Certified API 510 Pressure Vessel inspectors must have a broad knowledge base relating to maintenance, inspection, repair, and alteration of pressure vessels.
  • - API-570 - API 570 covers inspection, rating, repair, and alteration procedures for metallic and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) piping systems and their associated pressure relieving devices that have been placed in service.
  • Should have direct work experience in technical evaluation of parts and inventory management
  • Should have experience in American Society for Testing and Materials (mandatory)
  • Should have experience in Oil and Gas (mandatory)
  • Minimum 4-6 Years Experience
  • - ASTM Experience - American Society for Testing and Materials
  • Middle East/GCC experience is preferred - International experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of 3PL & 4PL, Oil & Gas, Warehousing at principal companies - knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations and transportation systems - Knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health practices;
