Duties and Responsibilities:
● Provide advice to clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Qatar
● Actively generate new property listings in assigned communities and areas.
● Connecting with landlords & property owners assists clients in finding properties that meet their requirements and budget
● Evaluate properties to determine their market value and potential rental income
● Create and maintain a database of available properties for sale or rent
● Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements to clients
● Negotiate terms and conditions of sale or lease on behalf of clients
● Liaise with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise
● Stay up-to-date with changes in the real estate market and property laws and regulations
● Use various marketing tools and techniques to promote properties and attract potential clients
● Collaborate with other property consultants and real estate professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients
● Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain a high level of professionalism at all time
● Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all dealings with clients and other stakeholders
● Keep accurate records of all transactions and maintain client confidentiality
● Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics
● Continuously develop knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities
● Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
● Contribute to the growth and success of the company by generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Skills
● Minimum of one year experience in the Qatar real estate market
● Proven Performance track record.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
● Knowledge of property laws and regulations in Qatar
● Familiarity with real estate market trends and property values
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
