• As the point of contact between stakeholders, you will regularly update clients, senior management, and other relevant parties on project status, budgetary updates, and any necessary modifications to the initial plan.
• Maintain regular monitoring and control over construction progress to promptly identify and address potential issues, ensuring maximum project efficiency.
• Partner closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop meticulous project plans and schedules, appropriately delegating tasks and responsibilities to the respective team members.
• Your responsibilities as a Construction Manager will revolve around overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to conclusion, ensuring they are executed within specified timelines, budgetary limits, and in compliance with safety protocols.
• Stay vigilant in monitoring and controlling construction progress, swiftly addressing any arising issues to uphold project efficiency at its peak.
• Oversee and coordinate the entire construction process as a Construction Manager, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring timely delivery, budgetary compliance, and strict adherence to safety measures.

Skills

Requirements:

▪Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or any other related field

▪8+ Years relevant experience in Project Management

▪Experience in Fit out works

▪Actively involved by participating in all project site design meetings and maintaining constant awareness to ensure approved design requirements via site conditions.

▪Able to manage the contractor who are working on Various fit out projects
