Required Duties/Roles
- Strategic Oversight: Lead the national e-invoice program's strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with tax authority goals.
- Program Leadership: Oversee planning, implementation, and management, coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and tax regulatory requirements.
- Technical Direction: Guide the development and maintenance of the e-invoice infrastructure with a focus on security.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with government agencies, businesses, and partners to facilitate adoption.
- Team Leadership: Manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Performance and Reporting: Set KPIs, monitor progress, and report outcomes to senior management.
- Risk and Resource Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee budget and resources.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the tax authority.
General Requirements
- Experience in e-Invoice Systems: Proven experience in leading or implementing e-invoice systems, preferably at a national scale.
- Tax and Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of tax systems and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership and Management: Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in collaborating with government agencies, businesses, and technology providers.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of IT infrastructure and data security, especially in digital transformation.
