Job Purpose
- To lead and direct maintenance activities related to chilled water network, Energy Transfer Stations (ETS),new customer tie-in coordination etc.
- To ensure uninterrupted chilled water supply to the customers with specified temperature.
- To lead the network team for periodical survey of chilled water network and all the valve chambers and dewatering as and when required.
Job Description
- Supervise and lead chilled water flushing, cleaning, passivation of the chilled water network and plantpiping network.
- Sample witness and final tie-in connection of new network with plant main network and customer ETS network with plant main network.
- Supervise the monitoring of the chilled water network condition, pressure verification, leakageidentification, chilled water pipe insulation damage rectification.
- Perform any emergency network breakdown maintenance and restore as quick as possible for normal operation.
- Receive spare parts, tools from the different network package contractor and update the list of tool and equipment report Mechanical Engineer/Maintenance Manager (DC) accordingly.
- Ensure periodical cleaning of ETS DCP side strainer and back flushing as per schedule.
- Ensure the chilled water network leak detection system’s functionality.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Experience and Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role and industry.
- Looking for candidates locally available in Qatar to join immediately.

- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and O&M manuals
- Ability to apply engineering theory, methods, and practices
- Qatar driving license is preferred
