Events & Production Coordinator

  • Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, internal & external (planning , developing concepts with designers , planning bump in bump out , set-up …)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Develop event concepts and themes based on client requirements with graphic designers
  • Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, negotiation, and tracking expenses.
  • Coordinating with various suppliers , preparing sampling , and negotiating best prices.
  • Research and secure all props, talent, and/or locations needed for shoots
  • Work on production budgets, including entering receipts and expenses


SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Minimum of 5-6 years' in events management
  • Attention to details and ability to work under pressure or long working hours and managing timeline efficiently .
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel, Budgeting and PowerPoint presentation
  • Strong pleasant personality and ability to deal with different nationalities or profiles
  • Team player
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Creative
