JOB Description:

  • Create and Modify calling scripts for new products with our partners. o Listen in on outgoing calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective product presentation.
  • Train new hires on the importance of following scripts and on best practices during a call.
  • Monitor operators' product knowledge, ability to handle objections and call closure. o Track performance of individual scripts and operators.
  • Prepare quality reports for floor managers and clients.
  • Update procedures and scripts based on customer response and changing business needs. Ability to teamwork with excellent listening, coaching and supervision skills.
  • Review calls against established metrics for call length, quality and opportunity generation. Approying, Holding and declining agent sales attempts in line with set guidelines compliant with compliance and audit departments.
  • create reconciliation files as and when requested for audit and monitoring purposes.
  • Generate all daily sales reports to share with stakeholders for performance monitoring.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 Years of experience in a training, coaching or sales setting, preferably in a telesales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to create scripts and other written communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline is accepted.
  • Excel knowledge is must.
  • Previous experience is the field of insurance would be an added advantage
