Job Title: Sales Engineer - Oil and Gas Products/OEM Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in products and OEM services for the oil and gas industry in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent sales acumen, and a thorough understanding of the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for products and OEM services within the oil and gas sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, OEM partners, and industry influencers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

Technical Expertise

  • Provide technical support and consultation to clients on the selection and application of products and OEM services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate clients on product features and benefits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to effectively address client needs.

Proposal And Contract Management

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to secure new business deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.

Market Research And Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to drive business growth and improve market positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of oil and gas products and OEM services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License.
