Business Development Manager (Qatar)

Job Summary:

 

SystemRapid is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT sector, with proven experience in securing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) clients, successfully fulfilling tenders and RFQs, and driving growth in sales pipelines.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries.

- Successfully manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

- Demonstrate expertise in securing AMC contracts and expanding our client base.

- Lead efforts to fulfill tenders and RFQs, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.

- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.

 

Requirements: 

- Proven experience in IT sales and business development, particularly in Qatar or the GCC region.

- Strong track record of winning AMC contracts, tenders, and RFQs.

- Excellent understanding of the local market and industry dynamics.

- Ability to develop and execute successful business strategies that drive growth.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
