Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Flower Shop Manager role at Jfin Oasis in Doha, Qatar. The Flower Shop Manager will be responsible for floral design, creating flower arrangements, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Floral Design and Flower Arrangement skills
- Experience in Inventory Control
- Strong Customer Service and Sales abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
- Creative flair and attention to detail
