Job Purpose
• Maintain and coordinate the Interface register for timely approval
• Support Interface Division Manager and Head of Interface(s) for coordination and follow up for Interface activities and preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Support Interface Division Manager and Head of Interface(s) for external parties’ correspondences, filing and maintaining documents on SharePoint.
Key Accountabilities
(Duties include but not limited to)
1. Maintains Project Interface Registers.
2. Tracking, follow up of Operations/Third Parties comments/resolution and maintaining status on Interface registers.
3. Day to day support to EPC Contractors, PMT and Operations Interface team for Interface Management Software related queries/resolution, assignment of responsibilities, etc.
4. Coordination with Information Management team for document transfer through client’s Share drive & Lan folder links.
5. Ensure RLIC Technical Package submission documents through (client’s portal) through eFSM Link.
6. Provide leadership and accountability for the Onshore Project with EPC’s (EPC-1, EPC 2, EPC 3, and EPC 4 Contractors, project Offshore Contractors and other client’s Project Teams and Client’s Groups.
7. Coordination of the Onshore interface activities between the Project team, Third Parties and other End-users operating within RLIC.
8. Supports scheduling of meetings, issue of minutes of meetings and supports close out of action items with interfacing organizations on a frequent basis, consistent with project needs.
9. Responsible for generating weekly and monthly Interface reports. Provides input to weekly management reports.
10. Attend Interface Weekly and Monthly meetings; attend to the Project Monthly Meeting with EPC Contractor. Ensure minutes of meetings are issued and steward close out of action including update of the Interfaces Registers and Databases.
Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in science or commerce
Knowledge and/or Experience:
• Must have 10 years minimum work experience in Oil and Gas industry with Projects.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Document Controller/Technical Assistant with a Major project team.
• Work experience in RLIC and other stake holders is preferred.
• Proficient Information Technology (IT) skills.
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and other industry utilised databases.
• Will need to work from various locations Client Head Quarters, EPC Contractors site offices, Client’s facility.
