We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction and civil engineering projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and project management skills will be essential in coordinating various project aspects and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Define project goals, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor team performance to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and controlling project costs. Ensure that projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including defining tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress. Adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 8 to 11 years of experience in project management within the construction or civil engineering industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
