Our client is an established FM Service Provider and currently seeking a Commercial Manager to be based in Doha, Qatar
Responsibilities
- Contract administration of pre-contract and post-contract activities
- Participates in corporate strategic planning activities such as risk assessment, bid/no bid analysis, participation in business
plan development, etc.
- Commercial Manager will develop asset value maximization strategies to ensure maximum value from the assets.
- Review the current FM procurement process and identify areas for improvement
- Produce a program for tendering and re-tendering contracts based upon the requirements
- Develop in conjunction with the team SLA’s/KPl’s for the service providers.
- Prepare Tender documentation for RFl/RFP.
- Assessment and evaluation of technical Tender returns
- Management of variations claim
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Experience in commercial management of large projects.
- Similar technical qualifications along with similar substantial work experience
- Preparation of Budget Estimates for FM Service Providers/Materials/Equipment Hire
