▪ Should have Valid QID & NOC.
▪️ Prepare and bake a variety of breads like Pan de Sal, Ensaymada, Monay, Pan desal de Buko, Bola-Bola, Spanish Bread, Tasty Loaf, Cheese Roll, Ube Bread, Kakanin
▪️ Monitor baking processes to maintain consistency in taste and texture.
▪️ Knowledge of traditional baking techniques and recipes.
