Tenders & Contracts Assistant (5 Months)

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Assist in preparing and managing tender documents and proposals.

▪ Research potential tenders and contract opportunities.

▪ Ensure tender submissions are accurate and compliant.

▪ Coordinate tender review meetings and maintain records.

▪ Support drafting and reviewing contractual agreements.

▪ Monitor contract performance and timelines.

▪ Maintain contract databases and documentation.

▪ Generate reports on tender activities and success rates.

Skills

Qualifications:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

▪ Experience in tender management or contract administration.

▪ Strong organizational and communication skills.

▪ Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

▪ Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

▪ Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

▪ Familiarity with procurement processes and contract law.
