• Responsible of developing marketing / commercial artworks (videos, logos, brochures, newsletters, presentations and advertisements).

• Responsible of collecting and analyzing data on success / failure points through website hits, sales figures, market share data, customer satisfaction or many other metrics.

• Responsible of performing the market research activities, update marketing database and provide the data to your manager from time to time.

• Responsible for conducting Pricing analysis of sales transaction history and identifying anomalies and gaps

• Responsible for periodic market spot checks for pricing parity and alignment

• Responsible for generating pricing and profit reports on agreed timeframe

• Responsible for updating Ecom Websites with needed products and promos data

• Responsible for analysis of website traffic and generation of dashboard

• Responsible for Enhancing customer experience on E-comm platforms

• Responsible of drafting event invites and ensure quality delivery as per the budget.

• Responsible of ensuring the processing of bills of social media ads and promotions.

• Responsible of preparing materials (literature packs, promotional merchandise, delegate lists, name badges, place names, table plans etc). 

• Set up events as per SOP.

• Responsible of coordinating diaries for interviews and source props as required.

• Responsible of monitoring and recording printed and online press coverage for Nehmeh.

• Responsible of developing and producing the marketing content for all marketing ads or promotions.

• Responsible of keeping the intranet up to date, adding images, news & documents as required.

• Responsible of preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports on the progress of the events / campaigns / customer feedback / marketing analysis as advised by the reporting manager.

• Responsible for SAP PR creation, part number creation, PR to PO processing and tracking of progress through TQA.

• Responsible of developing and producing the marketing content for all marketing ads or promotions.

• Responsible of monitoring and distribution of marketing materials as per plan in MRF.

• Responsible of marketing stock monitoring in locations and submit plan ahead of time to order new / replenish existing stock items by submit stock reports.

• Responsible of preparing scheduled newsletter and email campaigns as per calendar.

• Responsible of coordination of business cards.

• Responsible for marketing audits as advised by your manager.

• Responsible of performing competitor advertisement analysis from time to time as provide data to your manager.

• Responsible of monitoring day to day the activity on the company website and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales and developing brand loyalty.

• Responsible of executing ad campaigns on search engines.

Demand Planning

• Responsible of facilitating all data that are pertinent to creating the sales forecasts (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions and inventory levels).

• Responsible of facilitating and utilizing best methods (statistical models and software tools) in creating forecasts and respective inventory targets.

• Responsible of developing and leading the negotiation strategies with suppliers and establish agreements covering optimal order quantities and lead times.

• Responsible of facilitating the sales teams to set launch quantities and ensure smooth product transitions.

• Responsible of creating key accounts financial plans that align account KPI’s with the brand shipments.

Operational Standards and Management

Skills

Mastery of the following analytical tools: modeling and reporting in Excel/Access and SQL. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred. Experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst), Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, or similar web analytics, web optimization, or data management platforms.

Knowledgeable in coding graphic, Inkscape and GIMP
