Requirements
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or its equivalent
▪ Proven experience in SAP HCM – S/4HANA migration projects, including system planning and execution.
▪ In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, PA, OM, Time Management, & Payroll
▪ Experience in data migration, data cleansing, data transformation & HR ABAP.
▪ FIORI enablement, Configuration, and customization experience
▪ Proficiency in customizing and configuring SAP S/4HANA to meet organizational HR requirements.
▪ Experience on S4HANA-HCM and SF-Employee Central Integration activities
▪ Excellent Hands-on experience in using Advanced Excel, Power point, etc.,
▪ Completed at least 2 full cycle end-to-end ECC – S4HANA Migrations
▪ Excellent technical writing, presentation, and Communication skills
