  1. Monitoring the quality of teaching of all Departments and if all concerned instructors are contributing and extending as per their agreed Job responsibilities. These include monitoring the instructor’s professional development, monthly sessions / workshops, Affiliation syllabus, teaching strategies (new and existing courses) to name a few
  2. This position will conduct lesson observations and documentations on a timely basis and provide report and recommendation to the Management.
  3. Monitoring of the monthly detailed student progress reports and student count monitoring including exam related recommendations. 
  4. Monitoring of daily discontinuations of Academy Students. Provide analysis and recommendations to avoid or minimize count of students leaving the Academy.
  5. Conducts regular meetings with Instructors and Management to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  6. Develops and enhances the required business processes and provide information regarding new trends and strategies on how we can improve the Academy’s classes, examinations, student performances to name a few. 
  7. Drive innovation for self and team to deliver incremental business values.
  8. Closely monitor the admission and facilitate new strategies for student retention.
  9. Maintain 100% Exam passing rate for both Onsite and Online Operations.
  10. . Faculty Head (Performing Arts) is to maintain discipline and hygiene of all instructors. It is also important to always maintain respect and a harmonious environment within the organization amongst staff, clients and related business affiliates. 
  11. Basic orientation on the existing processes (for Centre Operations) that are being implemented by IAID to all Instructors and involved non-teaching personnel. 
  12. . More importantly, this position is expected to have good background and knowledge of IAID’s Center Operations, attend and facilitate (if required) official meetings, design and conduct workshops and be flexible in your scope of work and timings
  13. . Handle other adhoc duties / functions that will be assigned by the Management during the scope of employment.


Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from a recognised university or institute or equivalent field
