  • Achieve Department’s sales targets.
  • Handling all B2C sales operations.
  • Handle Department’s manpower planning, selection and on the job training for new staff in terms of System use (open agreements, client’s check; in case blacklisted, guarantees) as well as cars features, customers handling, quotations preparation, email and chat correspondents and sales technics.
  • Achieve overall branches sales targets/revenues.
  • Manage the sales team and drivers of all branches.
  • Employee Development; Identify the talents within the team members and develop the right resources, optimum use of these resources to achieve best efficiency without compromising on the quality of the rental experience for the clients.
  • Quality, Standards, Security, Policies and Procedures: Must ensure that there is proper control over cash, fleet and premises. Must ensure that business is conducted ethically adhering to standards, and strict compliance to policies and procedures.
  • To provide regular update to the top management on the business patterns and competition activities in the market.
  • Operational efficiencies: Enhance operational capabilities and deliver products and services better, faster and at lowest resources utilization (Money, people, time).
  • Cross check that all “ready to rent fleet” are properly insured and having Valid CR and report the same to concerned department/s in case not.
