Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the overall business strategy.

• Procure and manage customer insights to provide business intelligence.
• Manage the promotional and event calendar based on customer needs.
• Execute commercial campaigns to drive footfall in company stores.
• Enhance the brand equity through strategic media use and messaging.
• Utilize Public Relations to maintain consistent brand positioning.
• Manage media spend budget and measure ROI based on improvements.
• Participate in top management discussions representing Marketing Department needs.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the retail sector, with emphasis on fashion and apparel.
- Preferred experience in the GCC market.
- Proficiency in contemporary marketing tools and technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Strong track record in designing and executing successful campaigns across social media and onsite venues.
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
