▪️ Forecasting Demand: Utilize historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to predict future demand for automotive parts, components, and vehicles.

▪️ Inventory Optimization: Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels, balancing the need to minimize carrying costs with ensuring adequate stock availability to meet customer demands.

▪️ Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of inventory while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.

▪️ Inventory Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of inventory data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize inventory management software and analytical tools to optimize inventory performance.

▪️ Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing automotive inventory efficiently and accurately.

▪️ Forecast Accuracy Improvement: Continuously refine forecasting models and methodologies to improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecasting errors.
