Requirements
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Professional Certification in training and development, such as CTP,CPLP, or CTD (any)
▪️ Proven Experience of at least 5 years in training and development roles.
▪️ Experience in analyzing training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating training effectiveness, Knowledge of performance improvement Plans and Initiatives also conducting performance evaluations and reviews.
▪️ Looking for candidates who are locally available in Qatar
