Job Summary
Supervise and follow up on the overall work and interact with the site general foreman, charge-hands, and labor group members to ensure the smooth running of tasks at the job site throughout the work period. Responsible for supervising several skilled teams of resources to ensure maximum productivity at minimum cost and of the highest quality while carried out in a safe manner

Principal Accountabilities
- Supervises overall site supervision of works (whether civil, structural, architectural, and/or finishes) labors, equipment- movement, materials, and proper distribution of such construction resource
- Ensure compliance with the safety – Procedures and report if found any risk to the site Engineer to help the project team to maintain zero Loss Time Incidents (LTIs) including site security and general housekeeping.
Job Responsibilities 2
Carry out executive works, whether civil, structural, architectural, and/or finishes, by the Drawings / Approved Shop Drawings, Methods Statements issued by the project team to meet the specified criteria of workmanship of the specification.
Ensure that construction works are achieved based on the approved Shop Drawings, method statement, and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and 100% completed on or before the scheduled date of accomplishment by the crew he manages.
Over all site supervision of works (civil, structural, architectural, and/or finishes) labor, equipment- movement, materials, and proper distribution of such construction resources.
Ensure to accomplish the site supervision of construction-related activities daily and ensure that the cost of the activities will not exceed 100% of the material and labor budget and minimal or zero wastage of resources.

Knowledge of MEP materials and site activities
Knowledge of safe MEP work methods and practices
Knowledge of tools and materials used in MEP installation, maintenance, and repair work
Knowledge of national, state, and local MEP codes
Knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment necessary for MEP work.
Knowledge of mathematical skills to estimate the cost of the job
Knowledge of local authority regulations and applicable standards
Knowledge about Cable schedules and SLD. (Single line diagrams).
Knowledge of MS Office utilities
