The Position holder is responsible for the management, organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency for the assigned area. The designated employee will perform a wide range of process improvement, administrative support activities and assistance to the Higher Management Office to facilitate streamlined operations.


Skills

  • Female Resident
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business management or health care management.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience of which 4 years of similar experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in working with Organizations Senior Management/board.
  • High level of Computer literacy and Proficient in MS Office.
  • Bilingual: English and Arabic.
