Minimum of 15 years’ experience preferably working in water/ wastewater industry.
Minimum of 5 years working within a multi-cultural environment preferably in the Middle East
Knowledge of international Asset Management best practice and how it is delivered in an Organization, Knowledge of change management/business transformation
Demonstrable knowledge of creating and embedding a new asset management function
Liaise with Catchment Zone Engineers and Zonal Section Heads to assist in the assessment and prioritization of asset investment needs and contribute to annual investment plan
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia
Holder of Accreditation from the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) or similar
Skills
Chartered Membership in relevant professional body (Chartered QA/QC Engineer, professional in ISO 55001) preferred and would be an advantage
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within the Organisation
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is mandatory.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic is preferred
