A prominent international organization seeks an exceptional Executive Secretary to join their team in Qatar.

The ideal candidate should excel in organization and possess advanced skills in managing international files, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Previous experience with international non-profit organizations is desirable. Responsibilities include coordinating the Top management schedule, handling correspondence in Arabic and English other language is preferably , and efficiently managing international documents. Other duties may be assigned by management.


Qualifications :

5 years of relevant experience, fluency in Arabic and English, strong organizational abilities, adaptability to dynamic environments, and preferably prior involvement with international non-profit organizations. Candidates must be Qatar residents with transferable residency and preferably available to join promptly.
