IT Sales Executive

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base within the Enterprise sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, solutions architects, and product specialists to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and objectives.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition of our Enterprise products and services.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements to close deals and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth within the Enterprise sector.
  • A broad client network and established relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • In-depth technical expertise in Enterprise products, solutions, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Any Enterprise or IT certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP)) is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
